Stunning campervan with a bespoke fit-out that ensures you have the life of luxury on wheels. Check out those framed windows :)
Fit out is only 6 months old. Have all receipts. Completed by Custom Van Fitouts NSW.
The SLWB or commuter Hiace provides you with that extra space so the van is livable. I currently rent out on Camplify and it covers all my costs plus some profit without much effort (I could definitely put more effort into marketing and get more out of it).
Fit out:
- Almost king size mattress with tailor made mattress
-Fully equipped kitched - will sell with the stove top and gas bottle if wanted.
- 55L water tank for inside full sized kitchen sink and hand held shower at the back of the van. Cold water only, but conversion to hot water is easy if wanted. Has digital tracker to show water levels.
- Century Lithium Pro 100AH Deep Cycle battery charged by solar panel and driving the van.
- Inverter for 240V ports. Additional usb C and A and car charger connections
- Two large storage drawers under the bed, pull out at back. Additional storage inside.
- Very unique deck that can be pulled out at the back. Can sit on it to enjoy the sun or use it as a table.
- All internal lights are touch to turn on and use dimmer, includes bedside lights with USB-A charging points.
Externally:
- Does have some damage. Dents and scratches shown in pictures, they don't impact the driving at all
- Some external rust on the roof
- Has been regularily serviced, but no log book (can show you record of more recent services)
- 4 new tyres
- New rear differential
It was a transport vehicle for Sutherland Mazda originally, then one other owner before me. He sold because got a work van given to him. I am only selling as moving overseas.
