GENUINE ready to buy now enquiries only PLEASE no time wasters. This is a BRAND NEW unused build out, from motorhome builder of 39 years. Automatic (6 speed Allison) 400L fuel (diesel)tank, Full air suspension, Lots of underneath storage, Brand new build Mercedes Motorhome, custom cabinetry, kitchen with 2 hot plates. House toilet, large shower. . There is no awning/solar. And no A/C if engine isn't running (you can get a portable one for $300). There is no RWC or rego, since the bus needs to be registered in your home state. No time wasters please.

Notes- Mercedes 1996, 40ft bus, auto, that sleeps 4 with double bed and 2 bunks, not quite finished...it requires electricity hook up (about $1500), 2 single bed mattress and double mattress, and bedding. Also water tanks for water storage. Also requires generator. $55,000 It's also a brand new build out and the last 2 buses from Australia's cheapest motorhome builder with over 2000 buses, sold all over Australia and built over 39 years.
