2007 Caravan 24ft Tare 2.4T AGM 3.3T, Excellent Condition, Absolute Bargain
Priced to Sell. Travel in luxury. One owner 24ft CREATIVE HAVEN caravan, Huge load capacity, TARE 2400kg AGM 3300kg. Simplicity heavy duty independent suspension. Built as a demo for the 2007 Melbourne Caravan Show. Fully insulated.
OVERALL EXCELLENT CONDITION
Had plans to continue caravanning, but situation changed. In last 3 years, we invested in the following NEW ITEMS: Large roof Skylight, Rev Cycle Air conditioner, Compressor fridge, replacement LED Ceiling lights, 120Ah Lithium deep-cycle battery, Lithium Battery charger, VAST box for satellite TV, new High gain TV antenna, 32” HD 4K TV, Custom made mattress, Roof vent covers for shower and toilet, Roll-out awning cover. Approx $10,000 spent.
- STRETCH out completely on Club Lounge to watch new 32” HD 4K TV (or swivel & watch from bed).
- Brakes and bearings serviced yearly, electronic wheel alignment in 2024. Heavy duty 6 inch chassis.
- Pull-out pantry. Double sink with brushed stainless-steel splashbacks. Lots of room.
- Heaps of storage under bed and front lounge seats
- Full oven, grill, stove and microwave.
- Large 230L 12V compressor fridge including 60L as freezer section.
- Extra 30L drinks fridge accessible from entry door.
- Pull-out outside BBQ and 2 drop-down tables. Checker plate front stone guard.
- Satellite dish, new VAST decoder, satellite finder. DVD players.
- Full annex with large zippered flyscreened windows.
- Also with privacy screens for side and ends for alternative “open” set up. Ground cover included.
- Separate shower and toilet. Vacuum toilet system,
- Large bed with new pillow-top mattress. Very comfortable.
- New large Heki2 roof hatch with flyscreen or shade option. New awning cover.
- 2 gas bottles, 2x90L Water tanks, Good Tyres, new spare.
- Wired to connect solar panels if needed.
Other stuff:
- Travelled less than 50km on graded gravel roads. Once into 80-Mile and Barn Hill. Rest has been on bitumen.
- Seats have had covers on since new. The ottoman and cushions that came with caravan has never been used.
- Long-reaching power cords, water and sullage hoses included.
